Hi! My name is Paula, I own and operate a business in Sydney Australia, called Dural Antiques. With my passion being all things beautiful and rare, I decided it was time to enter the world of blogging. I hope to share both my loves in life (Family & Friends) and my passion for jewellery and collectables.

A Little Bit About Me

I am blessed with a wonderful relationship that but a few are privileged to be born in to. I was born with a best friend from birth (my twin sister). I never had to worry about finding that one true friend, the one to confide your everything with, I was born with mine and our journey of friendship, sisterhood and respect has stood the test of our 38 years together. Not to be left out - I have an older brother...

I am also a mother to a little three year old girl and a wife to a man that stopped me in my tracks (I kissed a few frogs before I found the one). These two provide me all that I need in this lifetime, blessed is right there.

I Studied Gemmology and spent many years working for a leading jeweller in Sydney giving it all up and finding a new direction to follow. I moved into the corporate world and this is where I found and fell in love with my man. Life since has just grown in ways I could never have imagined. In January 09 we dived head first into buying a business together (Dural Antiques) and as they say, the rest is history.

I really hope that you come along for the ride. Discover, laugh, learn & cry (I cry at most loving, emotional and joyful things that I read, watch and listen too), you will learn that I am an open book and say it how I see it.
